From the Cantabrian coast come the best white tuna, caught one by one, prepared fresh and packed in olive oil.
Unlike most of the belly fillets on the market, they do not separate the natural belly fillets. This way they preserve the natural fat of the tuna that is between the slices and makes it very juicy and special. It can only be prepared in this way if the fish is fresh, as if it is frozen it is dry and the slices cannot be appreciated or separated so easily.
