Vermouth Mon Dieu Blanco is a vermouth made by Châpeau Wines with Viura.

It offers the perfect combination of modernity, youth and the essence of the oldest and most traditional formula.

Made from ancestral winemaking techniques on lees for 3 months and a combination of wormwood, Madagascar cloves, pansies, Cretan díctamo, lirio root, Ceylon cinnamon, always controlling the color and with a short aging of 3 months in barrels.

Vermouth Mon Dieu White Tasting Notes

Nose: Intense aromas of aromatic herbs with notes of white stone fruits.

Palate: Balance between sweetness and bitterness with a pleasant aftertaste softened with notes of honey and coconut.
