Vermouth Olave Rojo is a Vermouth elaborated following the traditional methods using more than 80 herbs and leaving macerated for two months.

Vermouth Olave Red Tasting note

Vermouth Olave Red has a reddish orange color. Dense, but not turbid, very clean.

In the nose light balsamic touches that provide a pleasant and very particular aromatic structure.

Good alcoholic intensity in the mouth, very well balanced with acidity. Moderately glyceric, it gives us a velvety mouth. Wood notes well combined with those of the initial mix herbs. Long post taste, bitter and intense.
