Vermouth Dry Lustau is made from manzanilla de Sanlúcar.

Made with manzanilla from Sanlúcar in a humid microclimate and with the sea breeze from the mouth of the Guadalquivir River, this vermouth exhibits a delicate but complex manzanilla.

Its profile is very dry and saline, giving it a unique character that, together with a careful selection of botanicals, makes it the perfect choice for adding a distinctive touch to the finest cocktails.

Dry Lustau Vermouth Tasting Notes

In terms of flavour, herbaceous aromas are perceived with citrus nuances that enhance a background of yeast.

On the palate, it is dry, fresh and slightly saline, with predominant notes of sea breeze and herbal and almond touches. Its bitterness is prolonged and penetrating, culminating in a refreshing finish.
