El Bandarra White Vermouth is smooth and sweet. Xarel-lo and Macabeo are infused with 50 herbs and plant extracts such as clove, cinnamon and bitter orange. After fortifying the wine, they add a little caramel and balance in oak barrels in soleras for 2 months.
