Description
White Lustau vermouth is a vermouth PRODUCED by Bodegas Lustau. It is made from the Assembly of two wines: a fine, dry, mineral and almond; And a Muscat, sweet, floral and citrus. The result is a light and refreshing vermouth, with a bright golden yellow color, with a markedly bitter finish in which the fine notes are imposed.
The white vermouth Lustau surprises by its nuances and personality, in which the wines of Lustau are the real protagonists. In their creation they have worked, hand in hand, the two maximum responsible of Bodegas Lustau: Sergio Martínez, winemaker; and Fernando Pérez, master distiller. They have been in charge of selecting the wines and the botanists that make up the secret recipe for this vermouth.
Wormwood, Gentian and camomile stand out among the 9 botanicals and aromatic plants selected for their elaboration. In addition, to achieve the best extraction of flavors and aromas of the botanists, each one of them macera separately.
