Description
Vieira Peperetes when receiving them in the factory, in the same way as with other bivalves, they are introduced in seawater, in order to release the sand. They are then steamed and manually chipped to clean thoroughly and washed in brine. These varieties are delicious with their typical onion-based sauce and olive oil.
