Description
Viña Pomal Ecological is a red wine from the D.O.C. Rioja prepared by Codorníu. It is characterized by traditional winemaking: after destemming and crushed, alcoholic fermentation takes place. The total maceration is two weeks, looking for a structure of soft, pleasant wines with great fruit intensity. Nine months in American oak barrels (20% new) provide us with the complexity and maturity necessary to complete the expression of this wine.
Tasting note of Viña Pomal Ecological 2013
Viña pomal Ecological is ruby red, clean and shiny, with garnet reflections on the edge of the cup. Intense Aroma of black fruits and licorice, with hints of spices (cedar, cloves). It is a fresh and expressive wine, with a soft and pleasant mouth.
