Tasting Notes of Pago de Santa Cruz
This wine has an intense and beautiful cherry red colour, with violet tones.
The nose is very complex and persistent, highlighting the ripeness of the grape with aromas of red fruits in liqueur, spicy (nutmeg), fennel, violet and good conjunction with the wood (vanilla, coconut, cinnamon).
On the palate, tasty, full-bodied with lively tannins, ample and very long, which augurs a long life.
