Description

Paseante La Trobada is a red wine from the Protected Designation of Origin Alicante made from Monastrell grapes by Vinos del Paseante.

The organic Monastrell grapes are carefully selected and harvested at optimum maturity. Subsequently, they are destemmed and cooled prior to fermentation to increase their aromatic complexity. Fermentation lasts 10 days, although contact with the skins is prolonged to add more smoothness and sophistication to the wine. The wine is then devatted and pressed, allowing it to rest until malolactic fermentation is complete. Once completed, the wine is clarified and filtered before bottling.

Vinos del Paseante is a collection of wines from different Spanish Denominations of Origin, carefully selected with the aim of discovering, captivating and astonishing with their authentic character. This selection is inspired by the figure of the ideal Paseante, an inquisitive and passionate person who explores the worlds of the vineyards in search of new emotions and innovative wines. This collection is intended for those who crave knowledge and are aware of the importance of territory and history in the world of wine.
