Description

This gin represents a very classic London Dry expression, focusing on the citrus of dried orange peel. The profile is rounded off with earthy spice and sweet and sour balance in the centre of the glass.

Whitley Neill Distiller's Cut Tasting Notes

Smooth and rounded aroma. Juniper still present, followed by a sweet and sour taste of candied orange. A subtle underlying floral note brightens the nose.
Strong candied orange flavour notes, a touch of white pepper and a solid juniper backbone.

Seemingly a little sweeter and smoother than the original. A pleasant oily texture refreshes the mouth and the orange lingers through to the finish.
