Widow Jane American Oak Aged is an American Whiskey aged in American oak barrels.

When the rye comes out of the still, it is sweet, herbaceous and floral. With this whiskey, the goal is to get a touch of oak and round out the rye distillate in 10 year old bourbon barrels.
