This is a very unusual whiskey. This selection of Bourbon exists for the sole purpose of selecting the private barrels of the Willet family. It is an unfiltered, barrel proof, straight bourbon whiskey of unusual depth and complexity.

Nose: High alcohol content and rye spiciness surprise the nose strongly before toasty oak and caramel appear.

Palate: A neat drink, it's a powerful little dram. Flavors mingle with fruit, vanilla, cherry and baked spices emerge to the surface. Perfect amount of acid, leading you down a path of lingering burnt caramel.
