Ysios 2012 Tasting Note
Tasting in sight
Beautiful ruby red color with subtle garnet edging. Clean and shiny, with a magnificent tear, dense and elegant.
Tasting on the nose
Complex nose with good aromatic intensity in which aromas of black fruit, such as plums and blackberries, are accompanied by elegant roasted touches provided by the cask.
Tasting in the mouth
Very wide entrance. This red wine is concentrated, complex, with polished and well-integrated tannins. Good structure, good acidity and long and pleasant final persistence. Aftertaste with fruity notes wrapped in spectacular toast.
